These resources are distributed through the PA Healthy Pantry Initiative. Building Resilient Inclusive Communities Funding The Pennsylvania Department of Health has partnered with the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors on the Building Resilient Inclusive Communities program. This program seeks to address community health and resiliency as a response to the inequities made clear by the COVID-19 pandemic.
