PASR members have spent their lives helping children and their communities, and they continue to do so in countless ways and for countless hours in their retirement. PASR could not be more proud or more appreciative of its members’ contributions to improve the lives of others. PASR asks its members to help others, and our members always step up in big way!
PASR is asking its members to donate to Feeding Pennsylvania in the month of February to help families who are experiencing food insecurity. Too many of our members have felt the painful sting of inflation over the past few years and know how difficult making ends meet can be in the face of financial distress. Your donation will help ease this burden for families across the state of PA.
The holiday season often leads to an influx of donations, but our neighbors continue to experience food insecurity after this season ends. PASR hopes that our members will give back during the month of February to help aid people throughout the commonwealth facing hunger. To help with this effort, PASR staff is volunteering at the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, a member food bank of Feeding Pennsylvania. PASR is asking that, if you can, you make a donation to support food banks, pantries, and agencies. Any amount makes a difference!
Two years ago, PASR members raised over $44,000 for Feeding Pennsylvania, and we have set a goal of raising $50,000 this year. First Commonwealth Bank kickstarted this effort with a donation of $1,000! Please consider helping in our efforts. To donate, please follow the instructions below.
